At GPL Store, we offer digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

• All sales of digital products are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. No refunds will be issued due to the nature of digital items being irreversible once delivered.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

• If you have technical difficulties accessing or downloading the digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if the product was not delivered as described or has significant technical issues that cannot be resolved.

3. Refund Process

• If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
